Maanavta Wellness Values:
Mental Health, Community, and Justice
At Maanavta Wellness, I believe that mental health does not exist on its own. Our wellbeing is shaped by our life experiences, our communities, and the systems we live in. Many people in our community are affected by war, displacement, racism, and unfair systems. These experiences can have a deep impact on mental health, safety, and sense of belonging.
I recognise the ongoing suffering and conflict affecting people in Palestine, Iran, Lebanon, and many other parts of the world. I stand with people and communities who are experiencing loss, violence, and displacement.
I believe that mental health is connected to justice, safety, and human rights. It is important to acknowledge these realities, rather than ignore them. At the same time, I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone. I welcome people from all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences. My role is to support you with care, understanding, and cultural sensitivity; whatever your story may be.
